We are so proud and excited to introduce The Pink Initiative 2026, a three-month community campaign running from August to October, dedicated to empowering women through movement, education and meaningful connection.
Our vision is simple: to create a healthier, stronger community where women feel informed, supported and empowered to take charge of their health.
Why a women's health initiative?
Women's health is about so much more than just treating illness. It's about prevention, resilience, recovery and living well at every stage of life.
Regular physical activity is one of the most powerful tools we have to improve health. It supports heart health, strengthens bones and muscles, improves balance and mobility, enhances mental wellbeing and contributes to healthy ageing. Exercise also plays an important role in the prevention, treatment and recovery of many medical conditions, including breast cancer.
We see every day how movement can restore confidence, improve quality of life and help people return to the activities they love. The Pink Initiative is our way of sharing that message with our wider community.
Partnering for a greater impact
This year, we're proud to partner with iLoveBoobies to help extend the impact of our initiative beyond our own community.
Throughout the campaign, selected merchandise and fundraising activities will support the incredible work they do, with all proceeds donated to iLoveBoobies. Together, we hope to raise awareness, celebrate survivors and contribute to meaningful support for those affected by breast cancer.
So, what does this three-month initiative look like?

Pink Evening Series
Throughout September and October, we'll be hosting Pink Evenings, exclusive events created just for women. Each evening combines movement, education and connection in a welcoming, supportive environment: a workout, followed by a short health education talk, then coffee and a social. 17h30–19h30.
Strong for Life
Workout: climbing wall introductory session
Discover why strength training is one of the most powerful investments you can make in your health, from maintaining independence and protecting bone health to supporting heart health and healthy ageing.
Mind, Movement & Resilience
Workout: bouldering introductory session

Whether you're already active or just beginning your health journey, these evenings are designed to be welcoming, encouraging and informative. Sign up here.
Bra Collection Drive
One of the simplest ways to get involved is by supporting our Gently Used Bra Collection Drive. From 1 August to 31 October, we'll be collecting gently used bras at all MyoMerge practices. These donations will be passed on to iLoveBoobies to help ensure women in our communities have access to essential items that are often overlooked but can make a meaningful difference.
If you have bras in good condition but no longer needed, we'd love for you to drop them off during the campaign.
Our four pillars
Everything we do throughout The Pink Initiative is built around four simple principles.
Movement
Movement is medicine. Whether it's walking, strength training, rehabilitation or simply staying active, regular exercise is one of the most effective ways to support lifelong health.
Education
Knowledge empowers better health decisions. Throughout the initiative, we'll share evidence-based information on women's health, breast cancer, exercise, healthy ageing and wellbeing.
Impact
Our goal isn't simply to help women recover from illness. It's to help them thrive. We want every woman to feel stronger, more confident and empowered to enjoy life at every stage.
Community
Our events bring together women, healthcare professionals, community organisations and local businesses to learn from one another and build meaningful connections.
More than a campaign
We hope The Pink Initiative becomes more than a series of events.
- We hope it starts conversations.
- We hope it encourages women to prioritise their health.
- We hope it builds friendships and strengthens our community.
- We hope it raises funds for an incredible cause.
Most of all, we hope it reminds every woman that investing in her health is never selfish. It's one of the greatest gifts she can give herself and those around her.
Join us
Whether you're joining The Pink Workout, attending a Pink Evening, supporting iLoveBoobies, donating to the Bra Collection Drive, or simply following along online, we'd love for you to be part of this journey.
